St. Pius School offers a Resource Program to help students who need extra academic support. The program aims to create a positive and successful learning environment for every child. When classroom teachers identify students who may benefit from additional support, they refer them to the resource teacher.
The resource teacher works with parents, teachers, and the principal to assess students' needs and provide additional learning activities focused on various subjects. The program also includes instruction in Executive Functioning Skills, helping students develop effective learning strategies.
